Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-02-18T04:48Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-02-18T04:48:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
GAP: Data gap
Ha: Bright emission (likely H-alpha emission)
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
F: Flux Rope
Note: CME first seen to the W in SOHO LASCO C2 starting at 2026-02-18T04:48Z. This CME is also seen to the W in SOHO LASCO C3, GOES CCOR-1, and STEREO A COR2. The source of this CME is most likely related to a large filament eruption near former AR 14371. Filamentary material can be seen erupting beyond the SW limb in SDO AIA 304 beginning around 2026-02-18T04:10Z. A large opening of field lines can also be seen beyond the SW limb in SDO AIA 171 and SDO AIA 193. The same eruption can be more clearly seen in STEREO A EUVI 195 starting around 2026-02-18T03:55Z and later around 2026-02-18T04:45Z in STEREO A EUVI 304 after resumption of data after a real-time data gap.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
